• Mail in and Walk in reservation requests will be accepted on or after March 1^st.  Requests postmarked before March 1^st will be sent back or held and processed after all others received with a postmark of March 1^st.

• Reservations with a Credit Card will NOT be taken over the phone until April 1^st.
•  
• An individual at least 18 years of age is required to register personally for the group or family.  The person registering for a campsite must remain with the group on the site.
•  
• More than one reservation can be requested at a time.  Separate names and addresses must be supplied for each campsite, along with a reservation deposit (non-refundable) for each site.  The deposit is the amount of the first night’s stay plus a $5 reservation fee.  The balance will be due upon arrival.

• When you arrive:  the balances of your camping nights plus any applicable gate fees are due.
•  
• All sites requested must be for the same dates.  If other dates are requested, please submit additional request forms and checks.  Make check out to Rockville Lake Park.
•  
• Campground occupancy is limited to a period not to exceed 14 consecutive nights.  At the end of the campground period, the group must vacate the property with all equipment for a minimum of 48 hours.
•  
• A campsite is permitted to have: one camper/rv, one small tent and dining fly; or two tents and a dining fly.  This is subject to the manager’s discretion.
•  
• Checkout time is Noon Monday through Saturday and 5pm Sunday and Holidays.  During the Covered Bridge Festival checkout time is 10am.  Renewals need to be done by 10 am.
•  
• If reserving for a holiday weekend a minimum of 2 nights is required.
•  
• Verified transfers of reservations will be allowed for alternate dates or between parties.  When reservations are transferred to another name, the second party will be allowed to utilize the deposit credit.

• Refunds will not be permitted for unused days
